We talk about discipleship, DC rhythms and DNA, what it takes to build a leadership team, the six commitments, seasonal planning and review, the first year, and coaching.


Gathering Leader Guide

The Gathering Leader Guide is designed to walk a new Gathering Leader through the basics of his or her role. It should take about ninety minutes. It talks about discipleship, DC rhythms and DNA, core responsibilities, hosting, meal planning, children, ideas for extra gatherings, and the six commitments.


Training Leader Guide

The Training Leader Guide is designed to walk a new Training Leader through the basics of his or her role. It should take about ninety minutes. It talks about discipleship, DC rhythms and DNA, core responsibilities, leading sermon-based discussion questions, five discussion personalities, tips for including prayer and worship, and the six commitments.


Going Leader Guide

The Going Leader Guide is designed to walk a new Going Leader through the basics of his or her role. It should take about ninety minutes. It talks about discipleship, DC rhythms and DNA, core responsibilities, what it means to be a pastoral care first-responder, how to bless your neighbors each season, and the six commitments.


DC Kick-Starter

The DC Kick-Starter is designed to transform a group of people into a discipleship community in only ten weeks through studying relevant Bible passages, teaching what discipleship looks like at our church, and participating in a few shared experiences.


Seasonal Planning and Review Tools

The Seasonal Planning Tool and Seasonal Review Tool are designed to help you start a season well and end a season well. We encourage all DC leaders to use these a few weeks before a season starts and a few weeks after a season ends.

Meal Planning Guide

The Meal Planning Guide includes six guidelines for meal planning, ten recipes you can use for 15-20 adults/kids, and a template for delegating responsibilities.
