Finding Rest in a Culture of Burnout

In a culture of busyness and burnout, what does it look like to create space for rest? In this one-night workshop, we’ll talk about why practicing rest (or what the Bible calls “sabbath”) is essential to thriving at work and home and some next steps for building a rhythm of rest into your life.

The Five Searches of Young Adulthood

If young adulthood feels overwhelming sometimes, you’re not alone. Every young adult is on five basic, open-ended searches looking for closure. If you’re between the ages of 18-29, this workshop will help you name the search you’re feeling the most, make friends who can share the journey with you, and discover some next steps you can take. Limited space.

Everyday Story

God has been at work in your story so far but often it’s hard to see until we sit down and take a look. In this one-day workshop, you’ll learn how to look at your story using a post-it note timeline and how your story might be the story that someone else needs to hear.

A Quick History of the Movement that Started Our Church

Every church is rooted in its own tradition and history but many of us are not even aware of it. In this one-night workshop, you’ll learn about the beautiful, messy, and surprising history of the Restoration Movement (the tradition behind Bellevue Christian Church) and what it could mean for us today. We’re going to cover about two and a half centuries in two and a half hours.

When: Tuesday, November 26 from 6:30 - 9:00pm

A Coach Approach to Work, Ministry, and Life

Do you enjoy helping others reach their potential? This one-day, hands-on workshop is designed to teach you the basics of coaching—a proven methodology for helping individuals and teams take concrete steps toward their potential. Whether you’re looking to add a new skill to your resume, wanting to step up your leadership at church, or just trying to figure out how to guide your kids through obstacles, this workshop is for you.

$25 fee includes workbook, lunch, and snacks.

Band of Brothers (Conference)

Band of Brothers is a one-day event for men designed to draw us closer to heart of God through worship and teaching. We want to see twenty men from our church join men from all over Pittsburgh for this conference. Click the register button below to register for the event through the Band of Brothers website.

$35 early registration fee (8/18 - 10/13) or $45 late registration fee (10/14 - 11/2) includes breakfast and lunch.

Discipleship Communities, Bible Studies and Courses


Discipleship Communities

Discipleship Communities (DCs) are ordinary people learning to live everyday life like Jesus together. They meet together in homes throughout the week, share a meal, and use discussion questions based on the same Bible passage as the sermon. We encourage everyone to join one. Bible Study: Gospel of Mark

This Bible study is for people at any stage of faith and will be taking an in-depth look at the book of Mark.

When: 2nd and 4th Mondays from 7:00 - 8:30 PM (Starting September 23)

Women’s Bible Study

Join the women of our church as we spend six weeks deepening our intimacy with God. We'll be using a workbook and videos created by Beth Moore called The Quest. It’s for women of any age or stage of faith.

When: Thursdays from 6:30 - 8:00 PM or Fridays from 9:30 - 11:00 AM (Starting October 3)
