In the middle of Mark's gospel, there's a really strange story.
It's about a blind man who is healed in two stages. At first, his vision is blurry. Men look “like trees walking,” he says. Then, his vision is made completely clear. This is more than a story about healing; it’s a story about learning to see Jesus. In this series, we will follow along with Peter, who is most likely the source behind Mark’s gospel, as he slowly begins to see more of who Jesus is. Not unlike our own stories, we see more of Jesus the further we go with him.
