CHILD DEDICATION

You weren’t made to raise your kids on your own.

We’re a church where ordinary families are learning to live everyday life like Jesus together, and we want to come alongside you and share the joys and struggles of parenting. Child Dedication is an opportunity for you to thank God for the gift of children, make a public commitment to raising your children to follow Jesus, and invite the rest of your church family into the journey with you.

If you’re interested in dedicating your children, we ask that you attend our mandatory child dedication class. (There’s childcare!) We’ll share about God’s vision for your family and what to expect at the Child Dedication service.

FAQ

  • There is not a fixed age limit, but it’s generally something we do for infants or younger children. If you are uncertain, just ask us and we’ll help you decide if it’s right for you.

  • Yes! If you’ve recently adopted a child, we would love for you to join our Child Dedication service.

  • We typically do two Child Dedication services each year—one in the Fall and one in the Spring.
