Many of us are haunted by some version of the question, “What should I do with my life?”

And, if that question wasn’t already difficult enough, we live in a culture where jobs and careers aren’t as permanent as they once were. Maybe what we need is to return to a biblical understanding of vocation—not what you do, but why you’re here. This is how Jesus understood vocation.
